Service, and every effort will be made to sell
your home at the recommended selling price,
within the time specified. You will benefit from
our Total Marketing Plan, a total advertising
and promotional concept employed exclusively by
The Vaughan Company. This includes advertising
your home in the newspaper, in Home Illustrated
magazine, and on TV.
If your home is not sold within the
guaranteed time period, The Vaughan Company
Realtors will promptly arrange payment of your
guaranteed equity and complete the sale of your
present home for you --- thus removing all risk
